Aluminum Sign Blanks are manufactured from alodized aluminum with 1.5" round corners with or without holes.

Aluminum blanks are manufactured per U.S. Bureau of Public Roads Standards and are punched with radius corners in accordance with the Federal Standard Highway Signs Manual.

Alodized Aluminum Blanks are bare metal chemically treated to meet ASTM B 499 specifications as a pre-treatment for sheeting application.
